What to Expect for Your First Visit


We are thrilled to welcome you to Evolve Yoga Lounge! 

To ensure you have the best experience, here are a few tips to help you feel comfortable and prepared for your first class:


1. Arrive Early

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before class starts. This gives you time to check in, explore our studio, and settle into the serene atmosphere before your session begins.


2. Stay Hydrated

Bring a water bottle to stay refreshed during your practice. Hydration is key, especially if you’re joining one of our heated classes.


3. Dress Comfortably

Wear athletic wear or comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Breathable, stretchable fabrics are ideal.


4. Bring Your Yoga Mat

If you have a yoga mat, feel free to bring it along. If not, we’ve got you covered! We exclusively offer Liforme yoga mats for rental at just $2.


5. Cancellation Policy

Please be mindful of our $5 no-show fee. To avoid this charge, simply cancel your booking at least 1 hour before class starts.
